Paul Gienger has been with Topa Management Company since 1977. Mr. Gienger has developed, leased, financed and managed both multi-family residential and commercial properties. Paul is a licensed broker in the State of California and the State of Hawaii and is a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).

Robin Platt
Vice President
Robin Platt is recognized as one of Ventura County's leading commercial real estate professionals. Robin has over 20 years of commercial real estate leasing and operations experience. Robin is a founding officer and member of BOMA Tri-Counties and is also a member of BOMA Los Angeles. She holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from California State University Northridge and is a Board of Director for the Economic Development Corporation of Oxnard and St. John’s Regional Medical Center Foundation. Robin has received numerous awards acknowledging excellence in Property Management and is currently pursuing her Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.

Dean Christian
Senior Property Manager
Dean is responsible for overall operations of the Topa Financial Plaza in Oxnard totaling over 580,000 square feet, consisting of two Class A High Rise Office buildings and ten low rise or stand alone buildings. Off-site management includes two yacht club marinas comprising 450 boat slips. Dean is an experienced broker and property manager serving the Los Angeles and Ventura County areas for the past 18 years. He has managed over $530 million of real estate and was the recipient of the Local, Regional and International B.O.M.A. Building of the Year Awards for Sanwa Bank Plaza/Figueroa at Wilshire. Dean serves on the Board of Directors for the United Way - Ventura County.

Ismael Gonzales
Chief Engineer
Ismael has worked at the Financial Plaza for over 20 years and began working for Topa Management Company in March of 2002. Ismael is experienced with Pneumatic Systems, Variable frequency drive, GE lighting controls, rebuilt motors, pumps and various HVAC systems. He has 10 yeas of Electrical experience 11 of locksmith, CSI Controls fire systems and various other engineering concerns. Mr. Gonzales holds many certifications in Engineering and continues to grow in areas that benefit the Topa Financial Plaza and its tenants.

Laura Nunes-Mann
Asst. Property Manager for 300 Esplanade
Laura has worked at the Financial Plaza for the past eight years. Previous positions under management at the Financial Plaza included accounting responsibilities, tenant service coordinator and administrative assistant. Since August 2000, Laura has managed the Executive Suites assisting tenants in all aspects of commercial property management.

Joanne Behrendt
Administrative Assistant to the VP & Senior Property Manager
Ms. Behrendt works closely with the Vice President & Senior Property Manager in all lease transactions as well as Tenant and Vendor relations. Joanne has been in property management since 1993 and at the Topa Financial Plaza since May 1, 2001. Joanne joined Topa Management Company February 15, 2002 after having transferred from Transwestern when Topa Management took over the building management. She has a degree in Early Childhood Education.

Reyna Velasquez
Receptionist for the Executive Suites
Reyna has been the receptionist for the Executive Suites for the past four years. Reyna’s responsibilities include answering phones for 35 to 45 various businesses, assisting tenants and their client’s with a range of requests, tenant billings, working with vendors and coordinating maintenance issues for the Executive Suites

Ivonne Flores
Accounting Clerk
Ms. Flores has dedicated over 5 years to The Financial Plaza and its tenants. She is responsible for all accounts payable and receivable for the Topa Financial Plaza. This encompasses management of all tenant receipts, billing, statements and vendor invoices. With her smile and hard work she ensures that all internal and external tenants and vendors receive excellent care.

Miguel Romero
Buildings Engineer
Miguel has worked at the Financial Plaza since 1996 and joined Topa Management Company in April of 2002. Miguel is experienced with Pneumatic Systems, rebuilt centrifugal pumps and various mechanical concerns. Holds several certifications in Engineering and is currently take course work in Building Operations.

Sherri Zampese-Perez
Tenant Services Coordinator
Sherri Zampese-Perez has been the tenant services coordinator for the management office since March 2004. Sherri assists the tenants with building matters, manages the day to day operations of the buildings engineering crew and deals directly with the supervisor of the janitorial crew.
